The building, a 44-story condominium tower, will feature 433 residential units and approximately 13,500 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space. The 580-foot-tall tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Downtown Austin and a prominent addition to the skyline. Price’s will range from $200,000 for a 1 bedroom, and less than $250,000 for a 2 bedroom making it affordable for first time buyers and an attractive investment property. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects to feature many of the custom luxury features that Novare considers standard in its high-rise luxury condo developments.
